No doubt you have heard wonderful things about the P90X workout program. It is a well designed exercise program that well deserves praise. By following this program faithfully for ninety days, you should be able to get in the best shape you have been in for years or maybe forever.

Sure it's a great program, but one point that often gets over looked is the fact that it is actually three workout programs in one. That's right, you get your choice of three different ways to go through the program depending on your wants and needs.

There is the basic program. It gives you a superb all around workout. For most folks this is excellent.
